Welcome to Brad Gould Training! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brad Gould Training mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Services”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some features may require payment or a subscription. Prices are listed in the App and are subject to change.

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges unless canceled.

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available within the App.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Brad Gould Training is not a medical service. Consult a physician before starting any fitness program.

• You acknowledge the risk of injury and release Brad Gould Training from any liability.

• Follow all safety guidelines provided in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including workouts, videos, and branding, is owned by Brad Gould Training or licensed for use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brad Gould Training is not liable for:

• Any injuries, damages, or losses from using the App.

• Any service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in California.
